A prominent industrial packaging leader in

is seeking a high-caliber
General Manager
to steer their large-scale manufacturing operations and regional growth strategy.
The Core Mission
Reporting directly to the Owners, you will be responsible for the full P&L and operational lifecycle of a major canning facility.
The goal is to balance peak production efficiency with aggressive commercial expansion in the KSA market.
Key Accountability Pillars
- **Strategic & Financial Growth:**
- Develop long-term business plans, manage the P&L, and implement cost-control measures to maximize ROI.
- **Operational Excellence:**
- Oversee the entire manufacturing chain, ensuring top-tier quality control and supply chain optimization.
- **Leadership & Compliance:**
- Mentor a diverse workforce while ensuring strict adherence to KSA labor laws and industrial safety standards.
- **Commercial Relations:**
- Maintain high-level client partnerships and drive new business development.
Candidate Requirements
- **Experience:**
- 20+ years total, including
- 3–5 years as a GM/Deputy GM
- specifically in
Cans Manufacturing
- .
- **Education:**
- Bachelor’s Degree (BA) minimum.
- **Skills:**
- Bilingual (Arabic & English) with strong data-driven reporting skills.
- **Commitment:**
- 6-day work week; availability to start within 30–60 days.
