- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and achievement of KPIs across service, parts, and body shop businesses
- Develop and implement aftersales strategies aligned with OEM standards and business objectives
- Ensure operational excellence, productivity, and customer satisfaction through best in class processes
- Monitor service quality, CSI, retention, and customer experience metrics
- Lead, mentor, and develop a large, multi functional aftersales team
- Manage budgets, P&L, inventory, and operational efficiencies
- Foster strong relationships with OEMs and ensure compliance with brand standards
- Identify opportunities for business expansion, digital transformation, and process improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automotive, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred
- 15+ years of automotive aftersales experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven experience managing multi brand automotive aftersales operations in the GCC
- Strong understanding of workshop operations, spare parts, body shop management, and customer experience
- Demonstrated success in driving profitability, operational excellence, and team performance
- Experience working with leading OEMs and managing OEM relationships
- Strong commercial acumen, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- GCC experience is mandatory

Overview
- We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven General Manager – Aftersales to lead and optimize the aftersales operations for a leading multi brand automotive group in the GCC.
- This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving profitability, customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and business growth across service, parts, body shop, and customer care functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee end to end aftersales operations across multiple brands and locations.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and achievement of KPIs across service, parts, and body shop businesses.
- Develop and implement aftersales strategies aligned with OEM standards and business objectives.

Compensation
- Pay: AED40,000.00 AED60,000.00 per month.
