Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers across construction, industrial, manufacturing, logistics, infrastructure, and oil & gas sectors
- Generate qualified sales leads for generator rental and power solutions
- Qualify prospects by understanding their business needs and requirements
- Follow up on inquiries received through various channels
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the Business Development team
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM system
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients
- Achieve daily call targets, lead generation KPIs, and monthly objectives
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth handover of qualified opportunities
- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities
Requirements
- Minimum 2 5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, Lead Generation, or Business Development
- Previous B2B sales experience is preferred
- Experience in generators, industrial equipment, construction, engineering, energy, or equipment rental is an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and customer engagement skills
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Self motivated, target driven, and able to work independently

Job Summary
- We are seeking a proactive and results driven Inside Sales Agent to generate new business opportunities through outbound calling, lead qualification, and customer engagement.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, understanding their requirements, and scheduling meetings for the Business Development team.
- This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and experience in B2B telesales, inside sales, or lead generation.
