About Our Client

  • Our client is a leading provider of power generation solutions in the UAE and GCC, specializing in generator rental, diesel and gas power systems, turnkey EPC projects, and operations & maintenance services.
  • They serve clients across construction, industrial, infrastructure, manufacturing, and oil & gas sectors.

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a proactive and results driven Inside Sales Agent to generate new business opportunities through outbound calling, lead qualification, and customer engagement.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, understanding their requirements, and scheduling meetings for the Business Development team.
  • This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and experience in B2B telesales, inside sales, or lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers across construction, industrial, manufacturing, logistics, infrastructure, and oil & gas sectors.
  • Generate qualified sales leads for generator rental and power solutions.
  • Qualify prospects by understanding their business needs and requirements.
  • Follow up on inquiries received through various channels.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings for the Business Development team.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
  • Achieve daily call targets, lead generation KPIs, and monthly objectives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth handover of qualified opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, Lead Generation, or Business Development.
  • Previous B2B sales experience is preferred.
  • Experience in generators, industrial equipment, construction, engineering, energy, or equipment rental is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and customer engagement skills.
  • Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Self motivated, target driven, and able to work independently.

Pay

  • AED 5,000.00 AED 8,000.00 per month
