- Lead and manage the day to day sales operations across Chinese and American automotive brands
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Drive showroom performance, lead generation, and customer acquisition initiatives
- Recruit, mentor, coach, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance
- Monitor sales KPIs, conversion rates, profitability, and customer satisfaction metrics
- Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, ensuring compliance with brand standards and sales programs
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities
- Work closely with the marketing team on campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities
- Manage sales forecasts, budgets, inventory planning, and vehicle allocation
- Ensure an exceptional customer journey from enquiry through delivery and aftersales handover
- Prepare regular sales reports and present business performance to senior management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Automotive Management, or a related field
- 8–12+ years of automotive sales experience, with at least 3–5 years in a Sales Manager role
- Proven experience managing Chinese and/or American automotive brands is essential
- Previous GCC automotive dealership experience is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of retail automotive sales, fleet sales, finance & insurance (F&I), and dealership operations
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Experience managing large sales teams and developing high performing talent
- Excellent commercial acumen, leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Proficient in CRM systems and sales reporting tools
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage

Role Overview
- We are seeking an experienced and results driven Sales Manager to lead the sales operations for a portfolio of Chinese and American automotive brands in Qatar.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for driving vehicle sales, leading and developing the sales team, implementing sales strategies, managing OEM relationships, and achieving business growth while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
