- Build predictive models to identify customer targeting opportunities, enhance spend growth, improve retention, and reduce churn
- Develop customer segmentations for credit and debit card portfolios to support lifecycle marketing, campaign strategy, and personalization
- Analyze campaign performance across segments, products, channels, and customer behaviors, delivering actionable insights
- Design test and learn frameworks, including control groups, campaign measurement logic, and post campaign performance reviews
- Collaborate with client teams to ensure analytical outputs are practical, explainable, and ready for business adoption
Requirements
- Minimum 7–8 years of experience in data science, advanced analytics, or analytics consulting
- Strong banking experience, particularly with credit card and debit card products
- Proven expertise in marketing analytics, predictive modeling, customer segmentation, campaign analytics, and portfolio analytics
- Proficiency in Python, SAS, and SQL, with hands on experience working with large banking datasets
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning, model validation, and performance tracking
- Ability to clearly communicate analytical outputs to business stakeholders and prepare senior level presentations
- Experience working with marketing, product, risk, and data teams in a banking environment
- Consulting discipline, including structured problem solving, ownership, and timely delivery
- Must be comfortable working as a contractor on a client facing engagement in Saudi Arabia
