Full-time Business Intelligence Analyst

Position Overview

Core Duties

• Identify data sources within the data warehouse or other databases.
• Create, test, and maintain data models for required solutions.
• Create, test, and maintain enterprise-level reports and dashboards.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation for team members and end users.
• Perform institutional metric analysis, including enrollment, retention, and student satisfaction analysis.
• Perform financial analysis, including program costing and overhead analysis.
• Provide guidance and support to internal clients on BI tools and self-service practices.
• Troubleshoot enterprise reports and determine requirements for new data requests.
• Research and stay current with relevant practices, products, technology, programs, and tools.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

Required Qualifications

• Three-year diploma or equivalent in Information Technology, Business, or a related analytical discipline.
• Approximately 100 hours of instruction in the listed Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, Microsoft Certified Professional, and Microsoft BI areas.
• At least five years of practical experience in reporting, database administration, analytics, or business intelligence.

Schedule

• The position is scheduled for 36.25 hours per week.
• The anticipated start date is September 14, 2026.

Compensation

• The salary range is CAD 41.20 to CAD 47.57 hourly.
