What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver outstanding customer service and use sales techniques and product knowledge to reach sales targets.
- Maintain counter cleanliness, stock replenishment, product launches, promotions, merchandising, and grooming standards.
- Build guest experience standards and customer loyalty.
- Answer customer questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and services.
- Advise customers on suitable product ranges and demonstrate product usage and benefits.
- Generate sales, track sell-out and post-launch performance, and prepare daily sales reports.
- Maintain merchandising levels and replenish stock according to brand guidelines.
- Report stock shortages and ensure stock receipts follow established procedures.
What You'll Need To Succeed
- Two years of experience in the beauty industry is a plus.
