Sales Supervisor - Asian Beauty

Role Overview

What You'll Be Doing

• Oversee day-to-day performance and execution of the Asian Beauty portfolio across the UAE.
• Spend significant time in stores to ensure product availability, visibility, execution, and brand standards.
• Lead and support more than 10 Beauty Advisors and coordinate with the external agency.
• Follow up on stock, testers, orders, purchase orders, arrivals, and payments.
• Build relationships with store managers, area managers, and key account stakeholders.
• Identify account opportunities and drive sales against agreed targets.
• Align displays, planograms, product placement, and allocated space with brand guidelines.
• Support activations, launches, and events and assess their sales impact.
• Maintain reporting and use data analysis to track performance and support decisions.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Experience in beauty, retail, FMCG, pharmacy, lifestyle, or a similar commercial environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for trusted stakeholder relationships.
• A hands-on, field-oriented approach with strong retail operations and in-store execution knowledge.
• A commercial mindset focused on opportunities, sales, and targets.
• Good Excel, reporting, and data analysis skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and a fast-paced, growing portfolio.
• Fluency in English.
• Luxury experience is a plus but is not essential.
