Our Supply Chain Traineeship offers you the opportunity to discover the operational world behind some of the most exciting high-end luxury brands at Chalhoub Group.

Working across a portfolio of

seven brands

, you'll gain hands-on experience across different areas of Supply Chain.

Rather than being limited to one area, you'll have the opportunity to learn across the function and understand how products and materials move from suppliers and warehouses all the way to our stores.

This is an ideal opportunity for an Emirati graduate who enjoys working with data, solving problems, staying organized, and understanding how a business works behind the scenes.

As a Supply Chain Trainee, you'll rotate across key areas of the function, supporting day-to-day operations while building a strong foundation in luxury retail Supply Chain.

You'll learn how we make sure stores have the right stock at the right time.

• Support stock allocation and movement from warehouse to store.
• Coordinate with warehouses and internal teams on stock requirements.
• Maintain Excel trackers and support regular reporting.
• Gain exposure to Supply Chain systems and evolving technologies, including Blue Yonder.

You'll experience another important side of luxury retail: making sure stores have the materials they need to deliver the right brand experience.

• Support the management of operational and packaging materials, including shopping bags, wrapping paper, stickers, and other items.
• Assist with placing and following up on supplier orders.
• Coordinate locally sourced materials and international shipments.
• Monitor supplier timelines and stock availability.

You'll begin to understand the connection between

product, data, stores, and commercial performance

.

• Support merchandise and order planning across high-end luxury brands.
• Assist with planning products to be shipped to stores.
• Work with planning data and store requirements.
• Develop an understanding of product flow and stock needs.
• Learn how merchandise planning contributes to store readiness and business performance.

You'll also learn what happens when products need to move in the opposite direction.

• Support Return-to-Vendor (RTV) orders and coordination.
• Assist with relevant documentation and operational follow-ups.
• Coordinate information between stores, warehouses, vendors, and internal teams.
• Develop an understanding of how damaged and returned stock is managed accurately and efficiently.

You don't need to arrive knowing every aspect of Supply Chain.

We're looking for someone with the curiosity and mindset to learn.

• UAE National with a Family Book.
• A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
• A genuine interest in Supply Chain, logistics, merchandise planning, or retail operations.
• Good Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working with data.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• A structured approach to tasks and strong follow-through.
• A proactive mindset
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Previous experience with

Blue Yonder is a plus

Instead of experiencing only one part of Supply Chain, you'll explore multiple areas and begin discovering where your strengths and interests could take you.

By the end of your journey, you'll have developed practical exposure to stock allocation, merchandise planning, supplier coordination, logistics, reporting, and retail operations giving you a strong foundation for future opportunities across the Supply Chain function.
