Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide L2 technical support for AI applications, including chatbots, assistants, and automation tools.
- Work with external vendors and agencies to implement and integrate AI solutions.
- Troubleshoot production issues involving LLM APIs, data pipelines, and application performance.
- Customize and configure vendor-delivered AI solutions to meet requirements.
- Build integrations between AI applications and enterprise systems.
- Review and validate code and solutions delivered by external agencies.
- Maintain technical documentation and runbooks.
- Monitor application performance and implement fixes.
- Handle API configuration, authentication, and access management.
Required Skills & Competencies
- 5+ years of full stack development experience.
- Strong Python backend skills using FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Frontend development experience with React, Vue, or Angular.
- Experience working with external vendors and technical teams.
- Experience with REST API integration and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Azure services, including App Services, Functions, or API Management.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or Anthropic.
- Knowledge of RAG patterns and vector databases.
- Experience reviewing and validating third-party code.
- Understanding of enterprise integration patterns.
