Job Description
We are looking for a versatile **Full Stack Developer (Python)** to design, build, and maintain the internal applications that power our business.
You will be responsible for creating high-impact tools, including our internal web applications and custom vision portals.
Your goal is to bridge the gap between complex data and user-friendly interfaces, ensuring our internal teams have the digital tools they need to operate at peak efficiency.
Responsibilities
- **End-to-End Development:** Architect, develop, and deploy internal-facing web applications using Python and React.
- **Maintenance:** Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of internal tool
- **Stakeholder Collaboration:** Work directly with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical features.
- **Automation:** Identify manual processes within the company and build automated solutions to save time and reduce human error.
- **System Integration:** Connect internal portals with third-party APIs.
Requirements
- **Backend:** Proficiency in **Python** (specifically frameworks like **FastAPI**, **Flask**, or **Django**).
- **Frontend:** Advanced knowledge of **React.js** and state management (Redux or Context API), **UI/UX**Tailwind CSS)
- **Authentication:** Auth0 or Firebase Auth (to secure internal portals).
- **Database:** Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL) for managing complex relational data.
- **API Design:** Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
- **Task Queue:** **Celery + Redis**.
- Experience deploying on **Vercel** , google cloud and on premise servers.
- Data Orchestration & Workflow Automation: knime, Apache Airflow, n8n ( optional )
- **Real-time Communication:** Experience with **WebSockets** (for live sales tickers or notifications)
- Knowledge of **Linux** is a plus.
Language
- Excellent professional communication skills in **English** (both technical and general).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
