Job Overview
- We are seeking a creative In House Studio Content Specialist to write, present, and host content across three distinct audiences: institutional (B2G), commercial (B2B), and consumer (B2C), through the SureFlow YouTube channel and the SureFlow Podcast.
Key Responsibilities
- Write scripts, dialogue, and episode briefs for all video content, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and appropriate tone across all three formats
- Appear on camera as a presenter and host; this role requires confidence and professionalism in front of the lens
- Manage post production workflows in coordination with the Social Media Specialist to ensure timely delivery of final content
- Develop episode concepts, research topics, and prepare detailed dialogue and interview frameworks for each episode
- Identify and coordinate guests from different sectors that are relevant for SureFlow in the different stages
- Maintain an up to date production calendar to ensure all content is ready for publication in alignment with the company’s timeline
- Prioritize content formats that generate lasting value: evergreen educational videos, structured podcast episodes, and product demonstrations
- Assess the audience impact of each content strand before committing production time and allocate effort proportionally
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience writing scripts or editorial content
- Fluent, natural presenter: able to explain technical subjects with clarity, warmth, and authority
- Strong scriptwriting and dialogue writing ability; capable of adapting tone across B2G, B2B, and B2C contexts
- Exceptional written and spoken English
- Must be able to join immediately and already based in Dubai
Compensation
- Pay: AED 7,000 AED 9,000 per month
