Responsibilities
- Research and analyze target European and North American markets to understand local needs, regulatory environments, compliance requirements, and conditions for market entry
- Identify and engage target organizations across public sector and enterprise segments
- Build and manage a structured partnership pipeline from prospecting through signed agreements
- Monitor relevant regulatory frameworks, compliance mandates, and industry directives
- Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, program materials, compliance summaries, business presentations, and analytical reports
- Attend industry events, conferences, and public forums to stay informed on market trends
- Coordinate with internal product and deployment teams to align partner requirements with company capabilities
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and stakeholder mapping
- Manage the company’s external communications related to partnerships, regulatory developments, and program milestones
Requirements
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Proven experience in B2B business development, corporate affairs, or institutional sales
- Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance environments, particularly in utilities, infrastructure, or public sector contexts
- Highly organized, detail oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
- Must be able to join immediately and already based in Dubai
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field (nice to have)
- Experience working with European or North American municipal or government stakeholders (nice to have)
- Knowledge of EU funding mechanisms or smart city programs (nice to have)
- Background in IoT, cleantech, or sustainability sectors (nice to have)
- Experience with CRM or pipeline management tools (nice to have)
- Proficiency in French or German (nice to have)

Overview
- SureFlow is a smart infrastructure company building IoT driven solutions. We are hiring a Corporate Affairs Officer to help us understand European and North American markets, regulatory frameworks, and engage with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and analyze target European and North American markets to understand local needs, regulatory environments, compliance requirements, and conditions for market entry.
- Identify and engage target organizations across public sector (municipalities, city authorities) and enterprise segments (utilities, insurance, infrastructure operators).
- Build and manage a structured partnership pipeline from prospecting through signed agreements.
- Monitor relevant regulatory frameworks, compliance mandates, and industry directives.
- Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, program materials, compliance summaries, business presentations, and analytical reports.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and public forums to stay informed on market trends.

Compensation
- Pay: AED 10,000 AED 14,000 per month
