- Own and manage SureFlow's presence across all digital channels, mainly LinkedIn and YouTube
- Develop original written content for all channels, including captions, post copy, headlines, and short form editorial
- Produce content serving B2G, B2B, and B2C audiences with appropriate messaging
- Maintain a master publishing calendar shared with PR & Communications Specialist and Studio Content Specialist
- Coordinate with team members to receive assets on schedule and publish at optimal moments
- Maintain consistency in visual identity, tone of voice, and messaging
- Provide regular reporting on channel performance, audience growth, and content effectiveness
- Evaluate paid social and advertising spend against clear criteria
Requirements
- Minimum two years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or communications
- Strong written communicator in English
- Deep working knowledge of LinkedIn, YouTube, and other major platforms
- Highly organized, with ability to manage a complex multi channel calendar across several time zones
- Must be able to join immediately and already based in Dubai

Job Overview
- We are seeking a highly organized and digitally fluent Social Media Specialist to manage SureFlow’s presence across all owned channels.
- This person ensures that every piece of content reaches the right audience at the right moment with the right message.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage SureFlow's presence across all digital channels, mainly LinkedIn and YouTube, and any additional platforms identified as strategic for specific markets.
- Develop original written content for all channels, captions, post copy, headlines, and short form editorial; adapting long form content and optimizing for each platform's format and algorithm.
- Produce content that serves all three commercial audiences, B2G, B2B, and B2C, maintaining the appropriate messaging for each.
- Maintain a master publishing calendar shared with the PR & Communications Specialist and the Studio Content Specialist, scheduling all content around market entry milestones, product launches, and sector events.
- Coordinate with both team members to receive assets on schedule and publish them at the optimal moment for engagement and commercial impact.
- Maintain strict consistency in SureFlow's visual identity, tone of voice, and messaging, and act as the quality control checkpoint for all outward facing communications.
- Provide regular reporting on channel performance, audience growth, and content effectiveness to inform ongoing strategy.
- Evaluate all paid social and advertising spend against clear criteria, audience reached, commercial moment, and expected outcome, and maximize organic reach before recommending paid amplification.
Requirements
- Minimum two years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or communications.
- Strong written communicator in English; the ability to write with clarity and adaptability across different audiences and platforms.
- Deep working knowledge of LinkedIn, YouTube, and other major platforms, including their advertising and analytics capabilities.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage a complex multi channel calendar across several time zones.
- Must be able to join immediately and already based in Dubai.
Pay
- AED 7,000 AED 9,000 per month
