Core Responsibilities
- Ensure orders are picked, packed, and dispatched within SLA.
- Lead pickers, packers, and inventory staff, allocate tasks, and monitor productivity.
- Conduct shift briefings, communicate targets, and prioritize urgent order queues.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, replenishment, and discrepancy investigations.
- Monitor fulfilment KPIs and prepare daily operational and performance reports.
- Coordinate dispatch with logistics and delivery teams and handle operational escalations.
- Train and coach team members, manage schedules, and support onboarding.
- Implement corrective actions, reduce stock loss and damage, and maintain facility readiness.
Requirements
- At least one year of logistics operations experience.
- High school education or equivalent is preferred.
- Work location is in person.
Compensation
- Pay is SAR 2,500 to SAR 3,500 per month.
