Key Responsibilities
- Ensure orders are picked, packed, and dispatched within SLA requirements.
- Lead pickers, packers, and inventory staff while allocating tasks and monitoring productivity.
- Conduct shift briefings and communicate operational targets.
- Monitor order queues and prioritize urgent orders.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and investigate discrepancies.
- Manage replenishment, product availability, and stock-loss prevention.
- Monitor fulfillment KPIs and prepare daily operational reports.
- Coordinate with logistics and delivery teams for smooth dispatch operations.
- Handle fulfillment issues, escalations, onboarding, coaching, and staff development.
- Manage attendance, leave, overtime, and shift schedules.
- Identify process improvements and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain facility cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of logistics operations experience is required.
- High school education or equivalent is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is SAR 2,500 to SAR 3,500 per month.
Workplace
- The role is performed in person.
