Role Overview
Supervise daily dark store and quick-commerce operations.
Ensure orders are picked, packed, and dispatched within service-level targets.
Operations and Fulfillment
- Allocate tasks and monitor productivity across pickers, packers, and inventory staff.
- Conduct shift briefings and communicate operational targets.
- Monitor order queues and prioritize urgent orders.
- Coordinate with logistics and delivery teams for smooth dispatch operations.
- Handle customer fulfillment issues and operational escalations.
Inventory and Compliance
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts.
- Manage stock replenishment and product availability.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, company policies, and safety standards.
- Minimize stock loss, damage, and shrinkage.
Team and Performance Management
- Monitor order accuracy, fulfillment rate, and productivity KPIs.
- Prepare daily operational and performance reports.
- Train, coach, and develop team members.
- Manage attendance, leave, overtime, and shift schedules.
- Support onboarding of new employees.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness of the facility.
- Support peak-demand periods, promotions, and special operational projects.
- Ensure efficient utilization of manpower and resources.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of darkstore operations experience is required.
- High school education or equivalent is preferred.
- The role requires working in Jeddah.
Compensation
- Pay is 5,000 to 6,000 Saudi riyals per month.
Work Location
- Work is performed in person in Jeddah.
