Role Overview
The Front Office Supervisor oversees daily front desk operations, guest service, administrative activities, and the work of Guest Relations Ambassadors.
The role is responsible for guest satisfaction and ensuring hotel quality standards and objectives are met.
Responsibilities
- Oversee front desk operations and guest service from arrival to departure.
- Resolve guest inquiries, requests, concerns, and service issues promptly.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized assistance.
- Promote and sell hotel rooms, dining, and other services.
- Handle billing, payments, cash management, records, reservations, and communication channels.
- Oversee inventory, safe operations, guest relocations, luggage handling, and vehicle flows.
- Support team training and adherence to hotel standards.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and accessible front entrance and surrounding areas.
- Coordinate communication between guests, departments, and external partners.
