to manage front desk operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
The ideal candidate will have experience in
hotel front office operations, guest services, check-in/check-out procedures, reservations, and hospitality customer service
.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Manage front desk operations and maintain a professional reception area
- Handle reservations, bookings, and room allocations
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints
- Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
- Maintain accurate guest records and billing information
- Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments
- Operate hotel management systems and POS systems
- Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with hotel management software (Opera, PMS systems preferred)
- Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Immediate availability preferred
