- Coordinate SEO and SEM initiatives to improve online visibility and lead generation.
- Monitor marketing performance using Google Analytics, CRM, and reporting tools.
- Generate qualified sales leads through digital marketing, events, referrals, etc.
- Collaborate with sales, underwriting, customer service, and business development teams.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights.
- Manage email marketing campaigns and customer communication programs.
- Assist in organizing exhibitions, corporate events, and promotional campaigns.
- Prepare marketing reports, campaign analysis, ROI reports, and dashboards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Marketing, or related field
- Previous experience as Marketing Executive or similar role preferred
- Experience in insurance, banking, financial services, or corporate sector highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing
- Experience with CRM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager
- Excellent communication, copywriting, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
