Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, suites, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas according to hotel standards
- Make beds, replace linens, change towels, and replenish guest amenities
- Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and disinfect rooms and common areas
- Inspect guest rooms to ensure cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards are met
- Report maintenance issues, damaged furniture, or equipment to engineering or maintenance team
- Restock housekeeping carts with linens, toiletries, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities
- Respond promptly to guest requests, including extra towels, bedding, and room supplies
- Follow housekeeping schedules and complete room assignments efficiently
- Maintain proper handling and storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Adhere to health, hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards at all times
- Coordinate with front office and maintenance departments to ensure room readiness
- Handle lost and found items according to company procedures
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience as Housekeeping Attendant, Room Attendant, Housekeeper, or similar role preferred
- Experience in hotels, resorts, serviced apartments, hospitality establishments, or healthcare facilities an advantage
- Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning techniques, and hospitality service standards
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment, chemicals, and safe handling procedures
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks
- Good communication skills in English; additional languages an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Positive attitude with excellent teamwork and customer service skills

Job Summary
- IIQAF Group is looking for a dedicated, reliable, and detail oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our hospitality team in Dubai.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest comfort.
- This position is ideal for candidates with experience as a Housekeeping Attendant, Room Attendant, Hotel Housekeeper, Housekeeper, Cleaner, Room Cleaner, Guest Room Attendant, Hospitality Housekeeper, Hotel Cleaner, or Public Area Attendant.
