- Resolve guest complaints and claims promptly and professionally
- Lead and supervise front office team members, promoting a service oriented work environment
- Utilize hotel management software and Microsoft Office programs to manage operations effectively
- Ensure operational efficiency and adherence to hotel policies and standards
- Collaborate with other departments to maintain seamless guest service
- Contribute to the development of new procedures and innovative service strategies
- Support training and development of team members to maintain high service standards
- Plan and organize shift schedule and team tasks efficiently
Requirements
- Experience in a similar role with luxury background
- High level of English and Arabic or Russian or Spanish
- A friendly and sympathetic personality
- Hospitality management education is a plus
