Responsibilities
- Work as a team with colleagues across all departments to ensure timely service and smooth operation
- Understand and adhere to all hotel policies and Standard Operating Procedures
- Offer a consistently warm, professional welcome and farewell to guests
- Have the bill ready when requested and follow set procedures for payment collection
- Complete closing duties including cleaning, restocking, and locking up
- Maintain full knowledge of hotel services and facilities to answer guest questions
- Follow all safety policies to ensure a safe work area
- Maintain station in accordance with hotel standards
- Develop complete knowledge of menus
- Learn and correctly use Point of Sale equipment
- Maintain strict security measures when entering guest rooms
- Actively participate in all training and meetings
Requirements
- At least 1 3 years of experience in a similar role
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Hands on experience with cash register and ordering information systems
- Attentiveness and patience with guests
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Active listening and effective communication skills
- A strong sense of teamwork
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

What will you be doing?
