Job Description
We invite you to join the world of luxury hospitality at Fairmont Doha as our new Front Office Agent.
Front Office Agent serves as the first ambassador of the hotel, delivering gracious and personalized luxury service from arrival through departure.
The role is responsible for creating memorable guest experiences through seamless check-in and check-out procedures, attentive guest engagement, and accurate handling of reservations and guest accounts.
Working closely with other departments, the Front Office Agent ensures every interaction reflects Fairmont’s commitment to heartfelt hospitality, professionalism, and exceptional service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, personalized, and engaging service to all guests throughout their stay, reflecting Fairmont’s luxury hospitality standards
- Manage seamless check-in and check-out experiences with accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail
- Handle guest reservations, room allocations, billing, and payment transactions in accordance with hotel policies
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and care
- Maintain thorough knowledge of hotel services, facilities, promotions, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience
- Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, Concierge, Reservations, and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations
- Uphold Fairmont brand standards, service excellence, and confidentiality in all guest interactions
- Resolve guest feedback and service recovery situations in a calm and solution-oriented manner
- Ensure accurate record keeping, cashiering procedures, and daily reporting requirements
- Support a collaborative team environment while contributing to departmental goals and guest satisfaction targets
- Qualifications **What will you bring to this role?**
- Previous experience in Front Office, Guest Services, or a luxury hospitality environment preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Professional presentation and a warm, service-oriented personality
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in hotel management systems and Microsoft Office applications preferred
- Ability to handle guest concerns with diplomacy, discretion, and professionalism
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are considered an asset
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining luxury service standards
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
