About the Role
Paws & Co, a subscription-first veterinary brand opening in Dubai, seeks a Front of House / Client Experience professional to be the first face pet parents see. You will welcome clients and their animals, manage bookings and payments, and ensure a warm, calm clinic environment.

- Welcome every pet parent and animal like family, and read the room when a visit is emotional
- Run the front desk: bookings, check ins, membership queries, payments and follow ups through app and systems
- Be the calm, organised centre that keeps the day flowing for the clinical team
- Handle sensitive moments, including end of life visits, with grace and discretion
- Own the feel of the space: the welcome, the tidiness, the small touches that make people trust us
Requirements
- Real warmth and genuine care for people and animals
- Calm under pressure and emotional intelligence
- Strong organization and comfort with apps and systems
- Clear, kind communication; fluent English; Arabic is a strong plus
- Experience in hospitality, premium retail, front of house or client service valued
- Love of animals is a must

About the Role
- You are the first face a nervous pet parent sees and the last one they remember. You run the front of the clinic with warmth and calm.

What you bring
- Real warmth, and genuine care for people and animals.
- Calm under pressure, and the emotional intelligence to handle hard moments well.
- Strong organisation and comfort with apps and systems.
- Clear, kind communication. Fluent English; Arabic is a strong plus.
- Experience in hospitality, premium retail, front of house or client service is valued. A love of animals is a must.
