- Own the full finance cycle: invoice processing, supplier payments, billing, bank reconciliations, petty cash, revenue recognition, cost recognition, expenses management
- Run the monthly close and produce management accounts and a reporting pack
- Keep cash tight: forecasting, working capital, and clear view of cash position
- Handle UAE essentials: VAT returns, Corporate Tax readiness, and payroll through WPS
- Own the finance system and ensure clinic, membership and retail data reconciles to the ledger
- Build process, controls and documentation for scalable finance
- Partner with operators and central team, providing clear numbers and answers
Requirements
- Hands on, full function finance experience across the whole cycle
- Working grip on UAE finance: VAT, banking, payments, payroll through WPS, and understanding of Corporate Tax
- Comfort with finance systems (cloud accounting or ERP)
- Qualified or part qualified (ACCA, CIMA, CMA, ACA) or qualified by experience
- Eligibility to work in the UAE
- Experience running or supporting finance in a multi site business (strongly desired)

The Role
- You own the day to day responsibility for finance operations as we launch and scale.
- You will build the process, controls and systems from the ground up, keep the cash tight, and ensure numbers tie out cleanly.
What you will do
- Own the full finance cycle across the business: invoice processing and supplier payments, billing, bank reconciliations, petty cash, revenue recognition, cost recognition and expenses management.
- Run the monthly close and produce management accounts and a reporting pack people actually trust.
- Keep the cash tight: forecasting, working capital, and a clear view of where we stand.
- Handle the UAE essentials: VAT returns, Corporate Tax readiness, and payroll through WPS.
- Own the finance system and make sure our clinic, membership and retail data reconciles cleanly to the ledger, with support where you need it.
- Build the process, controls and documentation that let finance scale as we open more clinics.
- Partner with our operators and central team, giving them clear numbers and straight answers.
What you bring
- Hands on, full function finance experience, genuinely across the whole cycle.
- Range: comfortable in the transactional detail and in front of leadership.
- A working grip on UAE finance: VAT, banking and payments, and payroll through WPS, with an understanding of Corporate Tax.
- Comfort with finance systems: you can own a cloud accounting or ERP system.
- A head for varied transactions: comfortable with multiple revenue types and costing methods.
- The ambition to scale with us: competence and appetite to grow the function.
- An operator's mindset: build from limited foundations and do not wait for perfect process.
- Qualified or part qualified (ACCA, CIMA, CMA or ACA), or qualified by experience.

- Eligibility to work in the UAE, based here or credibly relocatable.
Strongly desired
- Experience running or supporting finance in a multi site business.
A plus, not a must
- Veterinary, healthcare, clinical or another membership based consumer business; subscription or recurring revenue models; ERP implementation or finance systems projects; wider GCC finance and tax awareness.
