Overview

  • We are looking for a professional, organized, and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visitor Management: Greet and welcome all visitors in a professional manner; register visitors, and notify the relevant staff of their arrival.
  • Meeting Room Coordination: Schedule and manage meeting room bookings, prepare meeting rooms with necessary equipment and materials, and ensure they are kept tidy after use.
  • Office Supplies Management: Monitor office supplies inventory, and distribute office supplies to staff upon request.
  • Maintain Front Desk Area: Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

Requirements

  • Language: English (Speaking and Writing)
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.
