Job Description

  • As a Front Desk Agent (Arabic Speaker with CID Experience), you will deliver warm, memorable guest experiences through seamless check in and check out services while ensuring accurate guest registration, record management, and compliance with all applicable hotel and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Collect and verify guest identification and travel documents.
  • Ensure all guests are accurately registered during check in, including accompanying guests where applicable.
  • Verify guest information for completeness and accuracy.
  • Accurately enter and maintain guest records within designated registration and compliance systems.
  • Upload and update required documentation in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy in all guest records, including personal and travel information.
  • Review and resolve data discrepancies promptly.
  • Collaborate closely with Front Office, Reservations, and Night Audit teams.
  • Assist with information requests, internal reviews, and compliance related activities.
  • Conduct daily reviews and reconciliation of guest registration records across hotel systems.
  • Prepare daily operational and compliance reports as required.
  • Safeguard guest information and maintain strict confidentiality.

Specific Job Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Good command of spoken and written Arabic and English.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow through.
  • Ability to perform assigned duties efficiently with minimal supervision.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (Hospitality preferred).
  • Experience with guest registration, compliance, or information management systems.
  • Experience with ONQ PMS or similar hotel management systems.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively across departments.
