The Individual Development Plan (IDP),
is designed with a number of phased progress reviews that are developed in accordance with a range of core and generic Competence Level Requirements (CLR) which are used in assessing the Competence Level Demonstrated (CLD) for the target position to enable our Qatari Graduates to become fully qualified professionals and positively contribute to Qatarization Planned targets.
Qualifications
Degree in Engineering
Technical And Business Skills
Fluent in English language (demonstrated verbal and written skills).
Excellent computer literacy, with high proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.
Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.
