About Us

Coach Transformation Academy (CTA) is a premium, globally recognized coaching certification institute.

As a high-ticket, premium brand, we pride ourselves on delivering world-class education and maintaining an elite brand perception.

We are expanding our digital footprint and are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Video Editor & Content Designer to join our team on a part-time or freelance basis.

The Role & Impact

We are scaling our content across multiple platforms, including our main channels.

Currently, we post at least 4 times a week, but we want to go bigger, faster, and more creative.

You won't just be pushing buttons; you will be the visual guardian of a premium brand.

Your work will directly impact how our global audience perceives our high-ticket offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Video Editing & Production: Edit, polish, and style high-quality video content, including event highlights, promotional clips, and short-form social media content (Reels, Shorts, TikToks).
  • Graphic & Content Design: Create visually stunning, premium-tier graphics for social media, email campaigns, and marketing collateral that align with our brand identity.
  • Social Scaling & Experimentation: Partner with our marketing lead to test new visual formats, creative angles, and content styles to drive engagement and growth.
  • Multi-Page Management: Maintain visual consistency across different brand pillars

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Visa Status: Must possess your own valid UAE residence visa / freelance visa and valid Emirates ID.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating both high-end graphic design and modern, engaging video editing skills (please include a link in your application).
  • Experience: Proven experience designing for premium, B2B, or high-ticket educational/coaching brands is a major plus.
  • Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva (for scalable templates).
  • Efficiency & Independence: Ability to take a brief and run with it, delivering polished work on time with minimal supervision
