About the Role

  • Looking for a hands on performance marketer whose primary mission is lead generation.
  • Will own paid campaigns end to end — Google Ads and Meta Ads — and use CRM data and analytics to improve lead quality, volume, and cost per acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube) focused on lead generation.
  • Run Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns end to end: audience building, creative testing, budget management, and scaling.
  • Own performance metrics: CPL, CAC, conversion rates, ROAS — and report on them weekly.
  • Manage and analyze leads in the CRM: tracking sources, lead quality, funnel stages, and conversion insights.
  • Build and send EDM/email marketing campaigns for nurturing and re engagement.
  • Set up and monitor tracking: GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, conversion events.
  • Run A/B tests on ads, landing pages, and email campaigns.
  • Coordinate landing pages and creatives with design/content resources.
  • Support broader marketing activities: campaign calendars, promotions, and occasional social media content.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years hands on experience in performance marketing with a proven lead generation track record.
  • Expert level, practical command of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager — personally managed budgets and scaled campaigns.
  • Strong analytics skills: GA4, Google Tag Manager, campaign dashboards, and CRM reporting.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar) and email marketing tools (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or similar).
  • Data driven mindset — comfortable making decisions from numbers, not guesses.
  • Excellent written English for ad copy and email campaigns.
  • Based in the UAE and available to join immediately (preferred).

Nice to Have

  • Google Ads / Meta Blueprint certifications.
  • Experience marketing education, training, or professional services.
  • Basic landing page skills (WordPress, Unbounce, or similar).
  • LinkedIn Ads experience.
