Job Summary
The PPC & Social Media Ads Specialist will be responsible for the strategy, execution, and continuous optimization of our paid digital footprint.
You will bridge the gap between technical data analysis and creative storytelling, leveraging AI-powered tools to drive high-quality leads for our B2B coaching services and consulting firm.
Key Responsibilities1. Paid Search & PPC Management
- **Strategy & Setup:** Design and manage full-funnel PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, and emerging AI-search platforms (e.g., Perplexity, Gemini).
- **AI Orchestration:** Manage "Performance Max" and "Demand Gen" campaigns, ensuring high-quality signals are fed into the algorithms for optimal bidding.
- **Keyword Intelligence:** Conduct deep-dive keyword research focusing on **search intent** rather than just volume, specifically targeting B2B leadership and team transformation keywords.
2. Paid Social Media Advertising
- **Multi-Platform Execution:** Launch and scale targeted ad campaigns on LinkedIn (Primary), Meta (FB/IG), and TikTok, focusing on high-authority B2B content.
- **Creative Direction:** Collaborate with the creative team to produce **User-Generated Content (UGC)** and "scroll-stopping" video assets that feel native to the social feed.
- **Audience Architecture:** Build and refine lookalike and retargeting audiences using first-party data and CRM segments.
3. Optimization & Data Strategy
- **Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):** A/B test ad copy, headlines, and landing pages to minimize "bounce rates" and maximize lead quality.
- **Attribution Modeling:** Move beyond "last-click" attribution to understand the full customer journey, tracking the time-to-conversion for long-cycle B2B/C sales.
- **Privacy-First Tracking:** Implement and manage server-side tracking and Google Consent Mode 2.0 to ensure data accuracy in a cookieless environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- **Experience:** 3+ years in digital advertising, i
- **Technical Mastery:** Certified in Google Ads and Meta Blueprint. Proficiency with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- **AI Proficiency:** Experience using generative AI (like Gemini or ChatGPT) for ad copy variants and creative asset generation.
- **Analytical Mindset:** Ability to translate complex datasets into actionable insights for the leadership team.
- **Copywriting:** Strong ability to write persuasive, benefit-driven ad copy that resonates with corporate leaders.
