As a Freelance Marketing Coordinator at our hotel, you will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies tailored to our distinguished clientele.
Your creativity, attention to detail, and passion for excellence will contribute to enhancing the brand image and ensuring that all marketing initiatives reflect the hotel’s high standards of sophistication and luxury.
Candidates should have a minimum of one year of previous experience in a similar role within a 4-star or 5-star hotel environment of comparable capacity.
Duties And Responsibilitiescampaign Coordination
- Collaborate with the Sales team to plan, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, and social media.
- Coordinate the production of marketing materials while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Content Development
- Assist in creating engaging marketing content, including copywriting, graphics, and multimedia materials.
- Work closely with designers, writers, and other team members to develop compelling and brand-aligned content.
Social Media Management
- Manage and maintain social media platforms, ensuring a consistent brand voice and engaging audience interaction.
- Monitor social media performance, analyze metrics, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Event Planning And Coordination
- Plan and coordinate marketing events and promotional activities.
- Oversee venue selection, vendor coordination, logistics, and event promotions.
Market Research
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Analyze data and present insights to support strategic marketing decisions.
Email Marketing
- Execute email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, content development, and performance tracking.
- Optimize campaigns to improve engagement and conversion rates.
Website Management
- Support the maintenance and updating of the company website to ensure content remains current and aligned with marketing objectives.
- Coordinate with web developers on website enhancements and updates.
- Collaboration with Stakeholders
- Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Product Development, and Customer Support to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and vendors.
Budget Management
- Assist in managing the marketing budget by tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effective execution of marketing activities.
- Prepare regular reports on budget allocation and expenditures.
- Analytics and Reporting
- Utilize analytics tools to monitor and report on marketing campaign performance.
- Present performance insights and recommendations to the marketing team and management to support strategic decision-making.
Branding
- Maintain and strengthen the company’s brand identity across all marketing channels and materials.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging, tone, and visual presentation.
