Responsibilities
- Be part of IMEA regional team with dual reporting line to Head of FP&A, IMEA and UAE CFO
- Act as first line advisor to business leaders on finance related issues
- Direct financial planning, reporting, and analytics support for Senior Leadership
- Develop budgets and forecasts including 3 5 year plans
- Initiate and lead special projects related to business unit performance, M&A, and strategic opportunities
- Develop and implement processes to improve FP&A reporting and analytics
- Lead and develop financial processes and practices, and direct financial staff
Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Maths, Statistics or related field
- 5+ years experience in FP&A management in insurance sector, preferably multinational
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, modeling, dashboards
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Team player, self motivated, self starter
- Demonstrated ability in managing multiple senior stakeholders
- Leadership attitude and team management experience

Overview
- Marsh UAE is seeking candidates for FP&A Specialist based in Dubai office.

Role and Responsibilities
- Be part of IMEA regional team in Dubai, UAE with dual reporting line to Head of FP&A, IMEA and UAE CFO.
- IMEA responsibilities for Marsh Risk and Mercer consulting businesses largely in Middle East with oversight in India and Africa.
- Act as a first line advisor to business leaders and FP&A on all finance related issues.
- Manage multiple responsibilities across Marsh Risk and Mercer, building relationships with non finance stakeholders.
- Direct financial planning, reporting, and analytics support used by Senior Leadership.
- Assess finance structure, processes and reporting to simplify, automate, or streamline.
- Review existing cost pools for further consolidation.
- Provide strong financial leadership and set finance priorities.
- Initiate and lead special projects related to business unit performance, M&A, and strategic opportunities.
- Develop and implement processes to improve FP&A reporting and analytics.
- Develop budgets and forecasts including 3 5 year plans.

What You Need to Have
- University degree from a reputable university, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Maths, Statistics.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, modelling, dashboards; advantage if can use and integrate AI.
- 5+ years experience in FP&A management in insurance sector, especially in a multinational environment.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Team player, self motivated, be a self starter.
- Demonstrated ability in managing multiple senior stakeholders within a large organization.
- Leadership attitude, team management experience, ability to work effectively in teams.
