Role Overview
Work directly with enterprise customers to deliver custom, production-ready AI solutions.
Design and deploy intelligent agents across customer workflows from discovery through launch.
Combine hands-on engineering, customer collaboration, and applied AI delivery.
What You’ll Do
- Scope and implement AI agent use cases across complex enterprise workflows.
- Integrate the IFS Loops platform with customer systems.
- Tune agent behavior and logic to deliver measurable outcomes.
- Troubleshoot deployments and iterate for performance, accuracy, and user adoption.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success on customer-informed roadmap input.
- Document technical decisions and hand off stable deployments to customer engineering or support teams.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, or ML deployment.
- Proficiency in Python and working knowledge of AI/ML frameworks.
- Familiarity with LLM applications, RAG systems, or conversational AI workflows.
- Experience integrating enterprise systems through APIs or middleware.
- Ability to translate business problems into technical solutions and deliver quickly.
