Role overview
Serve as a specialist Solution Architect at the intersection of IFS product strategy, solution knowledge, customer processes, AI, and digital workers.
Accelerate customer value by embedding advanced AI and agentic capabilities directly into IFS ERP and EAM workflows.
Operate as a senior individual contributor across product, engineering, sales, and customer conversations.
Operating model and responsibilities
- Spend approximately 30% supporting customer-facing opportunities and strategic account conversations.
- Spend approximately 30% collaborating with product teams on process mapping, solution design, and AI opportunity identification.
- Spend approximately 20% engaging engineering on validation, feasibility, and pre-release pressure testing.
- Spend approximately 20% on research, self-development, and internal enablement.
- Lead and guide consulting teams on solution-related matters and take a lead role in ERP solution development.
Required experience
- Demonstrate mandatory, hands-on depth across the IFS ERP portfolio, including financials, supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, and project-based operations.
