Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries professionally and efficiently through various communication channels
- Provide excellent customer support and ensure a positive client experience
- Assist clients with trade finance and banking related processes
- Prepare, review, and manage trade finance documentation, including Letters of Credit (LCs) and related records
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth processing of customer requests and transactions
- Follow up on customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies, banking regulations, and operational procedures
- Support day to day administrative and operational activities as required
Requirements
- Fluent in Arabic, Hindi, and English (spoken and written)
- Previous experience in Customer Service, Banking Operations, or Trade Finance is preferred
- Knowledge of trade finance documentation, including Letters of Credit (LCs), is an advantage
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Professional attitude with strong attention to detail

Job Summary
- We are seeking a dedicated and customer focused Customer Service Executive who is fluent in Arabic, English and Hindi.

Key Responsibilities
