Overview
- Perform detailed delay and disruption analysis using recognised methodologies such as TIA and Window Analysis
- Review project schedules, baseline programmes, and progress updates to identify delay events and their impact
- Analyse project records, including correspondence, reports, and site data, to support claims
- Prepare clear, structured forensic planning reports for claims, arbitration, and dispute resolution
- Work closely with project teams, legal advisors, and experts to support litigation processes
- Assist in the preparation of expert witness reports and presentations where required
