Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily fit out site activities
- Manage and monitor carpentry, gypsum, painting, flooring, ceiling, joinery, and finishing works
- Allocate tasks to workers and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution
- Ensure all works are completed according to approved drawings and project specifications
- Monitor site productivity and maintain project schedules
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are achieved
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site
- Report daily progress, manpower status, and material requirements
- Resolve site issues and ensure timely completion of works
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in fit out and interior construction projects
- Strong experience in commercial, retail, hospitality, residential, and office fit out projects
- Ability to read and understand construction and fit out drawings
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good knowledge of finishing materials and installation methods
- Ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- UAE experience is mandatory
