To provide strategic leadership, oversight, and coordination across maintenance divisions to ensure operational excellence, safety compliance, and continuous improvement in a gasification and power-producing facility.

Strategic Oversight: To lead and oversee maintenance activities across assigned divisions (e.g., Gasification, Power Block, POD/IED/IAD, etc.) to align with organizational goals and ensure operational reliability.

Team Leadership: To supervise and mentor division leaders, ensuring effective team management, performance evaluation, and professional development.

Resource Management: To allocate resources effectively, including manpower, equipment, and budget, to meet maintenance demands and optimize efficiency across divisions.

Safety and Compliance: To enforce strict adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory standards, conducting audits and ensuring compliance across all divisions.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting: To track and analyze maintenance performance metrics (KPIs) for each division, preparing comprehensive reports and recommendations for senior management.

Turnaround and Project Management: To lead and coordinate turnaround projects and major maintenance activities, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.

Process Improvement and Excellence: To drive initiatives for maintenance excellence and turnaround excellence by identifying inefficiencies and implementing best practices.

Stakeholder Collaboration: To act as a key point of contact between maintenance divisions, operations, and senior management to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Essential

Work experience in industrial maintenance 8 – 12+ Years.

Experience in a managerial or leadership role 5+ Years.

Proven experience managing multiple divisions in a complex industrial environment, preferably in gasification or power generation.
