Advance Process Control Engineer (1646)

To design, implement, and maintain advanced process control systems that optimize efficiency, safety, and reliability in gasification and power production operations.

Process optimization: To design, implement, and optimize advanced process control (APC) strategies to enhance operational efficiency and output.

System reliability and efficiency: To monitor and troubleshoot APC systems to ensure reliability and minimal downtime.

Interdisciplinary collaboration: To collaborate with operations and engineering teams to integrate APC solutions with existing processes.

Data analysis and modelling: To analyze process data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.

Safety and compliance: To ensure APC solutions comply with safety, environmental, and industry regulations.

Innovation in control systems: To develop and maintain simulation models to support process control initiatives.

Troubleshooting and problem-solving: To provide training and technical support to operations personnel on APC tools and methods.

Continuous improvement: To lead continuous improvement projects focused on reducing costs and enhancing plant performance.

Essential

Work experience in process control, preferably in gasification, power generation, or chemical industries 5 - 8 Years .

Experience with Distributed Control Systems (DCS), Advanced Process Control tools, and simulation software .
