Control Room Operator (1662)

To oversee plant operations from the control room, ensuring systems function correctly and providing expert operational support for daily activities.

Operational Efficiency: To monitor and control plant operations through control room systems to ensure optimal production and efficiency.

Safety and Compliance: To maintain compliance with safety and environmental regulations by adhering to standard operating procedures.

Communication and Teamwork: To communicate effectively with operations and maintenance teams to coordinate activities and resolve issues.

Problem-solving and Troubleshooting: To analyze system performance data and troubleshoot operational problems to minimize downtime.

Equipment Monitoring and Maintenance: To conduct regular inspections of equipment and report anomalies to the relevant teams.

Data Logging and Reporting: To log and document operational data accurately for reporting and regulatory purposes.

Emergency Response Readiness: To respond promptly and appropriately to emergency situations, ensuring safe shutdowns or corrective actions.

Continuous Improvement: To support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process optimization.

Essential

No prior experience required but familiarity with industrial environments is a plus 0-2 Years

Training or internship in operations or process control is advantageous
