- Oversee daily operations, ensuring service excellence, motivating team members, and maintaining the highest standards across our dining venues
What You Bring
- 1–3 years of supervisory experience within Food & Beverage operations, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort environment
- High School Diploma or equivalent; hospitality related qualifications are an advantage
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, service standards, and guest experience management
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest focused approach
- Strong problem solving and decision making abilities
- Professional appearance and a positive, hands on attitude
- High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining service excellence
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and restaurant management systems such as MICROS/POS
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required by the operation
