Job Description
- The Food and Beverage Runner is responsible for delivering food and beverages from the kitchen or bar to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
- This role supports the service team by ensuring accuracy, presentation, and prompt delivery, contributing to a smooth and high-quality guest experience.
- Key Responsibilities:* Deliver food and beverages to guests quickly and accurately, following service standards
- Ensure all orders are complete, correctly presented, and match guest requests before delivery
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and service teams to coordinate timely service
- Assist in clearing tables and resetting them as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and running areas
- Support waitstaff and bartenders during busy service periods
- Follow all hygiene, safety, and service standards
- Handle guest interactions politely and professionally when delivering orders
- Assist with basic setup and preparation tasks as required
Desired Skill & Expertise
- Previous experience in food and beverage service preferred but not required
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
