- Operate Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for Residentials and commercial properties
- Scheduling and making PPM for all AMC
- Dealing with tenants and property owners
- Managing AMC team schedule
- Undertaking technical and feasibility studies including site investigations
- Using a range of computer software for developing detailed designs
- Compiling job specs and supervising tendering procedures
- Undertaking complex calculations
- Resolving design and development problems
- Scheduling material and equipment purchases and deliveries
- Making sure the project complies with legal requirements, especially health and safety
- Ensuring projects run smoothly and structures are completed within budget and on time
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience of supervising field in Facility Management
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to think methodically and manage projects
- Ability to work to deadlines and within budgets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain an overview of entire projects while continuing to attend to detailed technicalities
- Diploma (Preferred)
- U.A.E Driving License (Preferred)

Job Overview
- Facility Management Supervisor Fluent in English and Arabic language and literature.
- The Facility Management Supervisor Operate Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC). Your role builds long term relationships with selected Owners and property management to drive the sales on new projects / Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) agreements.
- Working closely with the Directors and also, taking the lead in the development of new business.
Job Responsibilities

- Education: Diploma (Preferred)
- Experience: FM Supervisor: 4 years (Preferred)
