- Operate Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for residential and commercial properties
- Schedule and perform planned preventive maintenance (PPM) for all AMCs
- Manage AMC team schedule
- Source new project leads, market intelligence, tendering, and bids
- Build and maintain effective customer relationships
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in facility management managerial field
- Valid UAE driving license
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Bachelor's degree preferred

Company Overview
- A leading Facility Management Group focusing on commercial and residential portfolios across UAE is expanding its Facility Management division.
Job Responsibilities
- Operate Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for residential and commercial properties.
- Scheduling and making PPM for all AMC.
- Dealing with tenants and property owners.
- Managing AMC team schedule.
- Responsible for sourcing new project leads, market intelligence, tendering, and bids for new projects.
- Preparing technical presentations explaining products and services.
- Establishing new accounts and servicing accounts by identifying potential customers.
- Seeking quotations from sub vendors and sub contractors.
- Reviewing tender documents and seeking clarifications.
- Building and maintaining effective customer relationships.
- Contributing to marketing, customer retention, advertising, pricing, and distribution strategies.
- Working closely with Design Engineers to fulfill customer requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in facility management Managerial Field.
- With a valid U.A.E driving license.
- Fluent in English and Arabic language and literature.
- Can work under pressure.
- Motivated and positive thinker.
Compensation
- Pay: AED4,000.00 AED4,400.00 per month
Additional Information
- Education: Bachelor's (Preferred)
- Experience: FM Manager: 3 years (Preferred)
- Language: Fluent in English, and Arabic Speaking is an advantage (Preferred)
- License/Certification: UAE Driving License (Preferred)
- Work Location: In person
