This role is suited for a proactive individual eager to support and oversee maintenance operations while ensuring optimal performance across facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day facilities operations and maintenance activities
- Coordinate effectively with contractors, vendors, and service providers
- Conduct routine inspections and support preventive maintenance planning
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
- Prepare maintenance reports, logs, and performance analyses
- Support cost control initiatives, budgeting, and resource planning
- Supervise and guide a team of technicians
Requirements
- Emiratization role
- BBachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related disciplines)
- 0–2 years of experience in Facilities Management or a related field
- Basic knowledge of FM systems and maintenance practices
