Responsibilities
- Supervise cleaning, housekeeping, waste management, and pest control services across assigned sites
- Monitor service staff, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure service quality and SLA compliance
- Conduct routine inspections and audits to maintain operational standards
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and company policies
- Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders for smooth service delivery
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports and documentation
- Handle staff deployment, attendance, and operational scheduling
- Manage client complaints and ensure timely resolution of issues
- Support sustainability and waste management initiatives
- Utilize CAFM systems for work order tracking, reporting, service coordination
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Facilities Management or Soft Services operations
- Mandatory FM background with experience in commercial spaces/buildings
- Experience using CAFM systems is required
- Good computer skills, including MS Office and reporting
- Strong communication, coordination, and team supervision skills
- UAE driving license is mandatory
- BICS certification/training preferred

Job Description
- We are currently seeking a proactive and experienced Soft Services Executive to support and manage daily soft services operations across our facilities, ensuring high standards of hygiene, safety, and service quality.
- The ideal candidate must come from a strong Facilities Management background with experience handling operations.
Key Responsibilities
