Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized VIP services tailored to client preferences and expectations
- Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to obtain access permits, approvals, and service requirements
- Conduct site inspections and develop service execution plans to ensure seamless operations
- Lead, coach, and develop service teams to maintain the highest standards of hospitality and service excellence
- Monitor service quality, operational readiness, and compliance with company standards
- Anticipate client needs and resolve service related issues promptly and professionally
- Prepare proposals, visit itineraries, service completion reports, and performance reports
- Maintain the highest level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion when dealing with VIP clients
- Participate in continuous learning and technical training to enhance service delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Facilities Management, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in Hospitality or Facilities Management
- Experience in VIP services, customer experience, or soft services is highly preferred
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and client relationship skills
- Excellent organizational and problem solving abilities
- UAE Driving License (Mandatory)
- Flexible to work as per operational requirements

Job Overview
