- Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting Systems, and BMS
- Experience with CAFM systems and maintenance planning

Role Overview
- The MEP Facilities Engineer is responsible for the operation, maintenance, and performance of all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems within the assigned property or facility.
- The role ensures that building services are maintained in compliance with contractual requirements, HSE standards, statutory regulations, and client expectations while optimizing asset performance and operational efficiency.
